Terms & Conditions

ORDERS AND SALE OF GOODS:

All goods purchased remain the property of the seller untill paid in full by the buyer,

No work will be undertaken on the goods until paid for in full.

Should an item/s you ordered not be in stock you will be given an alternative, or an option to cancel your order, where you will be refunded the full amount you paid for your order.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

Once an order is placed and paid for in full, and we have all the appropriate details to print, we start the process immediatley, if orders are cancelled once work has commenced on design and orientation, within 48 hours of orders a 50 % charge will be deducted from the total cost and you will only be refunded 50 %, should you cancell the order once the pens have started on the printing line or already been printed

you will recieve only the postage cost back, as you can appreicate that we do not charge a set up fee like other companies, therefore,

can not forfeit and lose costs on behalf of your cancellation. Once printed with your details these goods are of no use to anyone else.

 

PRICES:

All prices shown is the price you pay, + delivery costs, we are not yet V.A.T registered and therefore,

cannot provide you with a V.A.T receipt.

 

DELIVERY:

Royal mail and Business post are the companies which normally deliver our products to you the buyer.

We like to use royal mail where we can and always use a recorded service, if no-one is available to take delivery they card you and can collect from your local post office or sorting centre these give you plenty of time to collect, however our other couriers will only attempt delivery

once and card you, and would needed to be collected with 3-5 days, we will advise you if we will be sending your goods via courier so you know when to expect parcel. ( we only normally tend to use these during royal mail strikes)

 

AVERAGE LEAD TIME:

We aim to deliver your goods with 7-10 working days of your order, providing you have given us all the appropriate we need in order to complete your order. Urgent orders can be catered for, however please contact us before as there may be a little extra surcharge for postage, shipping the goods to you sooner.

 

INSPECTION OF GOODS:

All Goods must be checked for errors or damages within the 48 hours after delivery (excluding weekends).,

Any damages must be reported via phone then email to us, stating your concerns and goods must be kept via yourself until fully investigated by the seller.

 

DEFECTIVE GOODS:

If it appears that the goods are defective in any way, due to a manufacting fault or printing error, goods will be replaced, however no claims will be excepted for consequential loss

 

LOGOS AND IMAGES;

All pens will fit a 2 line print or a small logo, if you have a logo you would like us to incorpate on the pen print, please email us before hand.
